As you may know, HAG is my personal favorite manufacturer of HO model railways.  This because of their unsurpassed engineering excellence, hand made quality and attention to perfection.  HAG models are expensive, but not terribly much more than similar models from other manufacturers of lesser mechanical quality.  Lets face it, very little is still hand made these days.  Especially by highly skilled craftsmen in Europe and the USA.  To some of us the difference is well worth it.  In the words of one of our customers, "I would rather have one HAG locomotive than multiples of any others.  We are proud to offer these models to our customers with our 100% full satisfaction guarantee and dealer support.

Pricing for 2011 models:  Due to recent world incidents, which have caused an extreme increase in the value of the Swiss Franc, (1.00 Swiss Franc = $1.10) we have decided the only fair and accurate way to price HAG models is in Swiss Francs.  When we began importing HAG models several years ago, the exchange rate was 1.00 CHF = $0.75.  At the end of 2010 it was about 1.00 CHF = $0.97.  The rates are just too unstable now to lock in any prices in US dollars.
